This is one of our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom units. We also have a small number of 1 bedroom/1 bathroom and 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartments.

What Amber Park has to offer

Spacious Apartments with Open Floorplans: All of our 2 bedroom apartments are 950 square feet! Our spacious 3 bedroom apartments are over 1050 feet, and the 1 bedroom apartments are very large, at an impressive 725 square feet!

An Abundance of Appliances: Each unit is furnished with a full-size washer and dryer, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Friendly on-site managers make sure appliances are repaired or replaced whenever needed.

Personal Storage for Every Apartment: All units have a private storage unit right off of the deck or patio. We also have a limited number of garages for rent - check with us for availability.

Incredibly Convenient Location: Whether you will be a student at Willamette or Chemeketa, a commuter from Portland, or you are employed at one of the many local businesses just minutes away, you will find Amber Park to be an ideal location.

Friendly Residents and On-Site Managers: We know you will find your neighbors and managers at Amber Park to be pleasant and friendly. The apartment community is professionally managed by Norris & Stevens.

You won't be able to resist those summer (or fall, winter, or spring!) outings: Amber Park is within walking distance to tons of great restaurants, several ice cream shops, movie stores, and within 5 minutes driving distance to nearly any kind of business you'd be looking for, including Costco, Target, Fred Meyer, and the Lancaster Mall! Also 5 minutes from I-5, and only half an hour to Silver Falls State Park - a spot to be visited at least a couple times a year!

Some of our Policies

Applicant Screening Fee: We have a non-refundable $50 fee per credit check. Each applicant of 18 years of age or older, must fill out our application and pay the Screening Fee.

Security Deposit: For applicants "Approved As-Is," the Security Deposit goes as follows...
  • Studio: $250
  • 1bd/1ba: $350
  • 2bd/2ba: $450
  • 3bd/2ba: $550
Applicants "Approved With Additional Deposit" will either be required to have a co-signer, pay an additional amount (check with a manager), or both.

Pets: We accept cats or small dogs under 15 pounds - no more than 1 per apartment 2 yo or older. We have a $200 pet deposit and $20/month pet rent per pet.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments and on the grounds - smoking is ONLY allowed on your private patios or balconies. We are anticipating transitioning to a non-smoking community within the next several years.

Parking: We allow 2 vehicles per apartment, with 1 reserved covered spot for each apartment. Parking permit stickers will be in use.
